To my wonderful set of online friends,

Thank you first of all for accepting me and loving me for exactly who I am. This isn’t easy. I can be stubborn, difficult and confusing, but you all love and accept me for me. There are days I wonder when you’ll finally decide that our IMVU family is not worth the drama it can sometimes bring, that you will move on to one which isn’t so complicated, but to my amazement, you never do. You tell me you’ll take the good with the bad, and when I question whether I have any good left, you’re always there to reassure me and show me that I do. Thank you for loving me in my dorky and difficult moments, moments where if the rest of the world saw them, they’d probably walk away. Thank you for understanding me like no one else does; if we didn’t have the connection we did, I can’t imagine how lonely and big this world would feel. Because of you, my IMVU family, this world seems like a little friendlier place, one I can see myself being a part of.

I know that one day, maybe even soon, all of our online lives will come to an end and your real ones will begin to flourish. As much as I will miss seeing all of you everyday logging in, I understand that real life is more important and I encourage you all to live life to the fullest. I want you all to know that no matter where life takes us, I will always be your friend. I will be there when you need someone to talk to, whether you’re elated or depressed. I’ll be there when you want someone to talk to after a long, lonely day. I will be by your side in spirit through thick and thin, in sickness and in health because you’re my online family I cherish each and every one of you so much.
